Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests professionally and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
• Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a hotel Front Office environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.

• Well-groomed appearance with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong knowledge of:
• ONQ (Hilton Property Management System) is highly preferred.
