- Accounts Payable:Process vendor invoices with precisionMatch POs and receiving reportsExecute timely payments (cheques/TT)Resolve discrepancies and maintain vendor records
- Manpower Contract Payables:Review and process manpower invoicesVerify timesheets and contract complianceMaintain organized payment records
- Bank Reconciliation:Perform daily/monthly reconciliationsInvestigate discrepancies and report anomaliesMaintain thorough reconciliation documentation
- Vendor Management:Respond to queries and ensure smooth payment processesKeep vendor data updatedBuild strong vendor relationships
- Petty Cash & Reimbursements:Handle petty cash and employee claimsEnsure compliance and proper documentationCode expenses correctly and address employee queries
