Procurement Assistant Office Admin
- Support in all procurement related matters (Chemicals, Office Equipment, Plant Maintenance material)
- Send RFQs to vendors and regular follow up with vendors.
- Purchase supply of products/materials
- Determine the lowest cost for products/materials.
- Track and record orders
- Manage supply base
- Source and interview vendors; negotiate contracts and costs.
- Communicate performances and costs to management.
- Recommend new processes or systems for improvement; implement new ideas and strategies.
- Organize and schedule procurement in a timely manner.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals.
- Office Admin
- Correspondence with Institutions like DU, Dewa, Insurance, etc.
- Coordinate with Human Resources regarding staff ticketing, visa related issues matters.
- Schedule calls and meetings for senior management.
