Description:
A reputable Food & Beverage company in Al Ain is looking for a skilled Accountant to join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with solid accounting experience who are familiar with UAE financial regulations and modern accounting systems.
The selected candidate will oversee daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with UAE VAT requirements. Experience using Zoho Books and Odoo ERP is essential, along with the ability to manage accounting tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and MIS reports.
• Process transactions and generate reports using Zoho Books and Odoo ERP.
• Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support financial reporting activities.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Odoo ERP.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations, invoicing, and month-end closing.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
