The company is seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive to join its Sales Team. This role is ideal for a sales professional with healthcare technology, SaaS, fintech, or payment industry experience who can build strong client relationships, manage complex sales cycles, and drive revenue growth through a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the final stages of the sales pipeline through a consultative closing process.

• Partner with SDR team members to maintain a strong prospect pipeline and support early sales activities when needed.

• Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets.

• Manage and maintain a customer pipeline while providing accurate sales forecasts and updates.

• Build strong relationships with prospects and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the buying journey.

• Collaborate with sales, customer success, and business operations teams to improve go-to-market strategies.

• Share sales insights, best practices, and recommendations to improve overall team performance.

• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations for business owners, managers, and finance leaders.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of full-cycle B2B Account Executive sales experience, preferably in SMB or mid-market sales.

• Proven track record of achieving 90–100%+ sales quota attainment across multiple quarters.

• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer challenges and communicate business value.

• Experience managing sales opportunities through CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex software or payment solutions clearly.

• Self-motivated ownership mindset with the ability to manage a sales territory independently.

• Willingness to travel approximately once per quarter for customer events or team activities.

Strong knowledge of:

• B2B sales processes and pipeline management

• CRM systems and sales forecasting

• FinTech, SaaS, healthcare technology, or payment solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, veterinary, healthcare, or med-spa industries.

• Experience collaborating with SDR and Customer Success teams in a territory or pod-based sales model.

• Knowledge of payment processing structures, including interchange-plus pricing.

• Experience attending onsite meetings, conferences, or trade shows.

• Previous startup or growth-stage company experience with adaptability to changing environments.
