The company is currently seeking a Billing Specialist / Administrative Assistant to support utility billing operations in a remote capacity. This role involves managing billing data, maintaining accurate customer records, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring smooth and timely processing of utility billing activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage customer accounts in billing software systems

• Assist with meter reading coordination, data uploads, and verification processes

• Support preparation and processing of monthly utility billing cycles

• Generate delinquent account lists, reminders, and shut-off notices

• Maintain accurate billing, financial, and customer records

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner

• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, letters, and administrative documentation

• Support office supply management and general administrative duties

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, billing, bookkeeping, or accounting support
