The organization is currently expanding its sales division and is looking for a high-performing Account Executive who can confidently close deals, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment. This role is fully remote and operates on a 1099 commission-based structure with strong earning potential for top performers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own the full sales cycle from initial inbound lead to closing deals, including discovery, scoping, proposal, negotiation, and final conversion.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls with founders, CTOs, and decision-makers to understand real business needs beyond surface-level requests.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to convert client requirements into accurate, profitable, and executable project proposals.
• Coordinate across internal teams including engineering, design, operations, and leadership to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Manage objections, scope changes, and competitive pressures while maintaining deal momentum.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline.
• Provide feedback to marketing and delivery teams regarding lead quality, conversion patterns, and customer objections.
• Adapt communication style based on client priorities such as speed, cost, quality, or strategic value.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, proposal delivery, and structured communication throughout the sales process.
Requirements and Skills:
• Proven experience in sales or business development with a track record of closing deals.
• Background in SaaS, consulting, agency services, financial services, real estate, or similar consultative sales roles.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, structured client communication.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle objections or negotiation challenges effectively.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to quickly understand client motivations and decision drivers.
• Experience coordinating across multiple internal teams and managing complex deal structures.
• Highly organized with strong discipline in CRM management, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
• Comfortable working in a commission-only 1099 structure with high earning potential.
• Fast learner with ability to quickly understand AI, product engineering, and technical concepts.
• Must be based in the United States and available during U.S. working hours.
