MedOne Pharmacy Benefit Solutions is hiring an Account Coordinator to support its Account Management team in delivering high-quality service to clients and business partners. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving, and contributing to client satisfaction within a healthcare-focused organization.
The Account Coordinator works closely with internal teams to maintain operational processes, respond to client and member inquiries, and support overall account management objectives. This position plays an important role in ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely resolution of issues related to pharmacy benefit plans.
Position Overview:
The Account Coordinator supports account management and member advocate teams by assisting with research, issue resolution, data reconciliation, and day-to-day coordination. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive approach to communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist account management and member advocate teams with researching and resolving member and client inquiries, including eligibility and cost-share issues
- Support team projects by gathering, organizing, and analyzing client data and running plan utilization reports
- Provide clear explanations of plan design and internal processes to support efficient issue resolution
- Serve as back-up support for the member advocate team during high call volumes
- Represent MedOne at client benefit fairs and open enrollment meetings when required
- Reconcile claim errors, identify client or member impact, and coordinate communication with all stakeholders
- Support onboarding activities for new clients and vendors
- Create and maintain client- and member-facing materials such as plan brochures, FAQs, enrollment materials, and letter templates
- Develop and update internal documentation including process guides, training materials, and data request templates
- Assist with plan design testing within and outside of claim adjudication systems
- Support CRM maintenance, reporting, and system enhancement initiatives
- Contribute to departmental and company-wide goals

- Associate degree in business, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Clear and proactive communication regarding task progress and issue resolution
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
