As a key member of the Country Leadership Team, the Country Finance Manager works with the leaders in driving the strategic directions of the business by providing financial advisory services; ensuring that effective business controls and planning processes are in place to manage risk; evaluating the performance of the business and recommending strategies for growth or cost efficiencies; and raising the level of financial awareness in the organization.
Requirements:
- With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering or Accounting.
- Has at least five (5) years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Planning and/or Audit preferably in a Restaurant/Food Service or Retail industry. At least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Has the ability to interface professionally across all levels of company and support group management.
- Able to deliver in a timely and effective manner in an environment of constant change, conflicting priorities and demands from different groups.
