Description:
SITA is seeking a motivated Account Associate to manage and grow a portfolio of Tier 4/5 customers across the United States. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving new business, upselling, and cross-selling SITA solutions. You will act as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy while proactively identifying sales opportunities.
Reporting to the Regional Territory Director, you will collaborate with the Sales and Account Management team to maximize impact within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and close new and retention business within Tier 4/5 accounts.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant SITA solutions to existing and prospective clients.
- Build and promote SITA brand awareness and client engagement.
- Proactively reach out to prospects to uncover potential sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets using consultative and influencing techniques.
- Map and profile Tier 4/5 accounts to optimize reach and business growth.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records and customer/prospect data.
- Regularly engage with customers based on KPIs and execute targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing for lead generation and market development programs.
- Support the GEO Cash Collection Team with billing inquiries and collections as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in air transport (ATI) or technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled in building client relationships and driving business development via phone and in-person meetings.
- Ability to generate and close new business and retention opportunities.
- Experience collaborating with other business units to qualify opportunities and support cross-BU initiatives.
- Knowledge of legal implications, client contract structures, and financial management.
