Description:
Fair Platz Design is seeking a creative and experienced 3D Designer to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for design professionals with a passion for creating innovative exhibition stands, event environments, and experiential spaces that deliver engaging brand experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts, producing high-quality 3D visualizations, collaborating with sales and clients throughout the design process, and ensuring projects align with client objectives, budgets, and industry standards. Candidates with UAE or GCC market experience and strong technical design skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative concepts for exhibition stands, event environments, retail activations, and temporary structures.
• Interpret client requirements and transform ideas into visually compelling design solutions.
• Prepare concept sketches, mood boards, space planning layouts, and presentation materials.
• Produce high-quality 3D renders and visualizations for client presentations.
• Present and explain design concepts to internal teams and clients when required.
• Collaborate with the Sales team during proposal and project development stages.
• Revise and refine designs based on client feedback while maintaining project objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, innovative materials, sustainability practices, and experiential design technologies.
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Spatial Design, Exhibition Design, or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in exhibition stand design, events, or experiential marketing.
• Previous experience with an exhibition contractor or event production company is highly preferred.
• Experience working within the UAE or GCC market is required.
• Proficiency in developing creative concepts and presentation materials.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• 3ds Max, SketchUp, and high-quality 3D visualization
• Exhibition stand design, space planning, and experiential marketing
• Concept development, rendering, client presentations, and design coordination
