We Are Hiring Healthcare Quality Officer
Role Description
The Healthcare Quality Officer role as a full-time on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Healthcare Quality Officer will lead quality improvement initiatives, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and educate staff and patients on quality-related topics.
Key responsibilities include conducting audits and assessments, tracking and analyzing data, implementing quality improvement plans, and participating in the development and revision of policies and procedures. The Healthcare Quality Officer will also collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to identify areas for improvement and provide training and support to promote a culture of safety and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field
- Have the same experience as a Healthcare Quality Officer
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement methodologies, including data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and inspire others to achieve quality improvement goals
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
