Are you a visionary interior designer with a passion for leading innovative, high-end projects?

We at My Architect Engineering Consultancy in Abu Dhabi are looking for a Head of Interior Design to lead our talented design team and bring transformative spaces to life!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the interior design department, setting creative direction and maintaining design excellence across all projects.
Oversee the development of interior design concepts from initial briefing through to completion.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to align interior concepts with architectural intent and client vision.
Ensure all design outputs meet the highest standards in aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
Supervise and mentor a team of interior designers, ensuring continuous growth and development.
Stay updated on global interior trends, materials, and technologies to ensure innovation.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 10+ years in interior design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Portfolio: Proven track record of delivering high-end, large-scale residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
Skills: Strong conceptual thinking, space planning, FF&E knowledge, and material selection.
Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design tools.
Leadership: Excellent communication and team management skills, with an eye for detail and quality.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Abu Dhabi’s building standards, codes, and approval processes.
