As a Guest Service Agent, you will take care of the guest from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us is one of the top priorities

Responsibilities:

• Process all guest check ins , check outs, room assignments and room change/late check out requests
• Secure payments, activate / reissue room keys
• Coordinate with housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns
• Promote the hotel facilities with pride and honor

Requirements:

• Must maintain a good behaviors and ethical values
• Must have a position attitudes and good communication skills
• Must have the commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Must have an excellent grooming standards
• The Candidate must be available in UAE for an interview
