General Manager Required!

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to handle our operations across the GCC market with a minimum of 10 years of experience in similar industries. We are a leading player in the GCC market Ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, Kitchen fittings, Bathroom fittings of Ceramic and kitchen appliances sector

Requirements:

  • Master Degree
  • The candidate must have 10 – 12 years post Education Experience and 5 years in sales and marketing.
  • The candidate having Managerial experience would be given preference.
  • Person must know Urdu, English, and Arabic
  • Candidate must be experienced in a business or finance environment; superior mathematical skills; honesty; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail; organization and planning skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; particularly with accounting software and data entry, understanding of data privacy standards.

The duties of the candidate include:

  • Oversee daily operations of the business of whole sanitary ware and tile business consisting of showroom and warehouse with employee strength of 10-15 employees.
  • Quickly understand the current business model and ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
  • Coordinate the development of key performance goals for sales and markets, develop a plan and provide support to your team to attain the goals.
  • Provide direct management of key functions (include all governmental ad nongovernmental entities) for the smooth running of the business in UAE.
  • Understand clearly the construction business’s current and expected future needs and arrange available resources to satisfy customer needs.
  • Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit’s offerings to customers.
  • Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
  • Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
  • Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
  • Report key results to BODs include all financial reports monthly daily or quarterly.
