We are presently looking for a General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the team of real estate brokers
- Supervise the team for listing, leasing and property viewing
- Ensures that the listing of properties for sales and leasing are updated on the portals
- Reports result and feedback of the Brokerage operation to the CEO
- Ensures that the brokerage business runs smoothly
- Ensures that the teams are achieving results and targets
- Strategic thinking and ability to do market analysis
- Responsible for sales and marketing in the brokerage operation
- Generating leads
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree master in business Administration
- RERA License required
- 5 years of UAE real Estate management experience important
- Ideal candidate should have significant experience in leasing, asset management and project management
- Large portfolio management experience
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Very good communication skills written and verbal
- UAE driving license mandatory
- Very goof presentation skills required
