We Are Looking For a Fleet Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and compliance of the company’s fleet.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure optimal vehicle uptime.
• Supervise and train fleet drivers, ensuring safe driving practices and adherence to policies.
• Monitor fleet costs and optimize fuel usage while ensuring high operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or a related field, or a Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of fleet management experience, specifically in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience in managing fleets with a range of vehicles (light, heavy-duty, and construction equipment).
