Fleet Coordinator / Dispatcher – Dubai, UAE

• client is preferring Male candidates
• Daily Scheduling of our vehicles (Compactor, Hook lift, skip loader, and tipper truck).
• Bin delivery and maintenance/ repair follow-up.
• Coordinating with customer/workshop/sales team and invoicing team.
• Requisitions – for Bins & Skips, Gloves, etc.
• Preparing daily trip reports for (Compactor, Hook lift, skip loader, and tipper truck).
• Overtime Calculation – (Compactor, Hook lift, skip loader, and tipper truck ).
• Preparation of Utilization report- – (Compactor, Hook lift, skip loader, and tipper truck ).
• Rasid permit renewal & document updates in portal
• Coordinating with Rasid for vehicle inspections and renewal.
• Coordinating with a subcontractor for Tanker and Tipper services
• Customer wise Nafith tonnage entry- (Compactor, Hook lift, skip loader, and tipper truck ).
• DM permit renewal.
• GPS Monitoring for all vehicles and communicating with the drivers.
