The company is seeking an experienced Stock Plan Administrator to support the administration of its global equity and employee stock programs. This role is essential in managing equity transactions, ensuring compliance, supporting financial reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Legal, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process equity transactions including option exercises, RSU releases, ESPP purchases, and equity grants using Fidelity PSW

• Support global equity programs and coordinate with Finance, HR, Tax, and Payroll teams

• Assist in preparing financial disclosures and equity-related reporting

• Reconcile common stock, additional paid-in capital, and employee tax records

• Prepare monthly and quarterly equity roll-forward reports

• Generate SEC Section 16 filings (Forms 3, 4, and 5)

• Communicate with employees regarding equity programs and resolve related inquiries

• Ensure SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness for equity processes

• Coordinate with transfer agents for share reconciliation and DWAC processing

• Support system accuracy, documentation, and process improvements

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in stock plan administration at a public company

• Hands-on experience with Fidelity PSW equity management system

• Experience managing ESPP programs and equity transactions

• Strong advanced Excel skills

• Knowledge of equity accounting and financial reporting processes

• Experience with SEC filings (Forms 3, 4, and 5) preferred

• Strong understanding of:
