Position: Fit Out Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• As a Fit Out Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful execution of fit-out projects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Supervise and coordinate fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety. Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with project specifications, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams, including carpenters, contractors, and laborers.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet project specifications.
• Conduct inspections and address any issues promptly to maintain high-quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers to provide regular updates on project progress.
• Effectively communicate project requirements and expectations to the on-site team.
• Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Optimize resource utilization to minimize wastage and control project costs. Identify and address any challenges or obstacles hindering project progress. Implement effective solutions to ensure the smooth flow of construction activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Fit Out Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and techniques. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fit-out project supervision.
