Job Description:
You will play a crucial role in supporting financial decision-making by collecting, analysing, and interpreting financial data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into the company’s financial performance.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial results and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in the
- Preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, collaborating with various departments to gather relevant data.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain

- Trend Analysis: Identify and analyze financial trends, providing proactive recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze costs and expenses
- to ensure efficient resource allocation and identify areas for improvement.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Undertake special
- Projects and ad-hoc analysis as required by management.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting,or related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in financial modelling and analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
