Finance Controller required

Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certifications preferred (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably Real Estate industry
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, taxation, and compliance
• Expertise in Oracle ERP systems is a must, and other financial software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, management, and communication skills
• A strong team player with leadership abilities and a proactive mindset
