Position: Field Sales Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE (must have a driver’s license and own a car)

Personality: Proactive, ethical, and dedicated.

Role Description:

This full-time, on-site role involves frequent travel within the UAE to visit customers, attend trade shows, and meet prospects. The Field Sales Specialist will drive sales performance, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships.

 Responsibilities:

  • Seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and address their needs.
  • Pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with POS and kiosk software partners on project development.
  • Use ERP systems to create sales and financial reports.
  • Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience in POS, Hospitality, or Retail IT.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar or IT field is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic; Turkish and Russian are optional.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven track record in sales and lead generation.
  • Experience in managing sales operations and closing deals.
