Please note that there is a vacancy for a Facilities Management Director (Knowledge of Arabic is preferable) in one of the leading facilities management companies in UAE.
FM Director (Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory) would be responsible for Facilities Management service delivery, monitoring and overseeing financial and operational performance, and providing strategic solutions to its internal and external Clients.
The prime objective of this position is to raise the Service Level to Excellence, set the benchmark, and consistently ensure business expansion and contraction are effectively accommodated within the Facilities services delivery organization, adjusting resources and processes to meet client delivery levels, be cost-effective, and maintain a highly motivated team.
