Description:

We are looking for Executive Accounts Financial Reporting

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in a demanding and multi task environment
• Good Knowledge of Accounting and Financial Reporting standards
• Knowledge on how to process bank documents
• Arrange all documents for Loading and Unloading on the port
• Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
• VAT return filing and tax report preparation
• Preparation, validation and submission of monthly and quarterly VAT returns for the UAE entities
• Prepare and manage all documents in line with VAT regulations and other related activities
• Maintain listing of accounts payable and Post-dated cheques
• Prepare Bank payments after checking the authenticity and adequacy of supporting documents and approvals.
• Process all petty cash payments and be the custodian for physical cash balance.
• Promptly account all the Bank and Cash receipts.
• Prepare manual cheques as and when required, and record all cheques.
• Intercompany entries should be promptly accounted and IC reconciliation completed every month.
• Assist in preparation of schedules and work papers for quarterly and yearly audits.
• Apart from the duties and responsibilities listed above, any other additional duties as advised by the superiors from time to time.

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience for independently handing accounts with minimum supervision. (Contracting and trading Company experience Preferred)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Well organized, careful, and patient, with high attention to detail & flexibility.
• Proficient with all MS Office, ability to maintain the accuracy of Excel spreadsheets.
• Candidate have Driving License it will be Preferred.
