An Event Logistics Director is required by our client to start this week for the smooth delivery of a high-profile Dubai launch event in February.
This person will play a critical role in the project’s success, which will include building bespoke staging, laser shows, fireworks, and performers.
About the role:
- Develop and implement an event logistics plan.
- Vendor Management.
- All Logistics Coordination for event setup and breakdown.
- Budget Management.
- Site Management.
- Team Management.
About you:
- Must be able to anticipate and swiftly resolve problems.
- Excellent communication skills with all suppliers and other stakeholders.
- CRM experience so the visitor has the best experience at all points.
- Attention to detail.
- Vast experience in temporary site builds.
- Experience in coordination with RTA and other government agencies.
