Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ELV IT Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in IT support, specializing in computer systems, servers, networking, switching, and routing. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT infrastructure while ensuring system efficiency and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, including switching, routing, and connectivity problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance, system updates, and security patches.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Optimize network performance and ensure minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with the IT team on system improvements and security enhancements.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, troubleshooting logs, and updates.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in IT support, networking, and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of switching and routing protocols.
- Experience with ELV systems is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with IT hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
