Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven elevator escalator salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing client relationships, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads for elevator and escalator projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and technical solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Elevator industry sales, preferably in the elevator or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of elevator and escalator solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
