Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC currently searching for an experienced Sales Director to join our PERFECT Team.
For this position, candidates must have 5+ years’ experience working with a top tier landscaping or Swimming Pools Construction Company based in UAE.
Candidate must have substantial landscaping & swimming pool experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales team (Operation & strategies).
By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis.
Will develop and implement sales strategies, creative mindset.
With solid Database in UAE and planning. Knowledge in 3D designing is a plus.
With strong Sales, Negotiation, Communication and Problem Solving skills – Highly motivated and able to meet sales target.
Applicant should be in UAE, holder of an UAE driving license, and ideally has luxury community/construction background and database.
