Key Responsibilities
- Process customer invoices and refunds with precision, adhering to company policies and timelines.

- Respond to customer inquiries about invoices, payments, and refunds through email and phone with professionalism and timeliness.
- Generate and analyze invoicing and refund reports to identify trends and opportunities for enhancement.
