Customer Services Executive – Warehousing

Location: JAFZA

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers, internal departments & suppliers
• Update receipts & deliveries of consignments promptly
• Ensure accurate WMS entries for inbound/outbound orders
• Assist warehouse operations in scheduling tasks
• Address operational issues and escalate as necessary
• Prepare billing information for invoicing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Dubai Customs & JAFZA documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Hands-on experience with WMS systems
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations & transportation
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
