Hiring Customer Service Representatives/Help Desk Support

Client- A government entity based in Dubai.

 Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service sector for minimum of 2 years. 
• Customer focused with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Candidate should be detail oriented with great documentation and paperwork skills.
• Should have experience in resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, escalating issues appropriately when necessary.
• Assisting the customers on call or face to face and provide guidance as required.
• Basic knowledge in MS- Office.
