Customer Service Representative
We are a rapidly growing company manufacturing bags and are looking for a new team member to help us in this journey. You will be based in our office in Business Bay and must be available to work from 9 am to 6 pm but we aim to be able respond to our email queries 24/7 so flexibility is important.
You will be providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
Handle incoming email, social media message, calls and walk-in queries.
Record lead and customer information.
Assist sales and operation in processing orders.
Skills that we are looking for:
- Fluency in English Language
- Experience with office software & task management
- Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
- Must be available in UAE for interview
