We are hiring Customer Service Officer for one of the leading Management Consulting Company in UAE responsible for the business across the Middle East, South Asia, Africa, and the Indian Ocean/Pacific Islands regions.
Job Location: DIFC – Dubai
Required Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Tagalog language speakers mandatory.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and willingness to work in a challenging work environment.
- Must have an empathic personality and ability to work in a flexible manner.
- 2+ years of experience in client servicing/customer services
Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% data entry accuracy & delivery of correct reports by following customer service SOPs.
- Respond to customer queries promptly. Perform 80% non-voice and 20% voice customer servicing.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with appropriate resolutions in a professional manner.
- Engage in work-related correspondence with other regional offices.
- Follow up with customers on relevant and related to report deliveries, and all sorts of clarifications.
