We are hiring a Customer Service Executive for one of our clients, a Sri Lanka based Logistics Company in UAE.

Job Location: Garhoud, Dubai

Roles and Responsibilities:

Pricing and quotations along with coordination, accepting bookings, and processing AWBs for DHL, FedEx and UPS
Track & trace and update customers on a daily basis
Responding promptly to customers inquiries
POD update to clients upon delivery
