We are Hiring for the role of Customer Service Contact Centre – Data Analyst.

  • For this role, we prefer a qualified candidate who is already based in Dubai, UAE
  • Hiring Customer Service/Contact Centre – Data Analyst
  • Number of positions available: 1
  • We are looking for the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting contact volumes
  • High level command of MS Office (mainly Excel-advanced)
  • Real Time Management or WMS skills
  • Monitoring all issues that impact service levels and take actions to resolve or reduce the impact
  • Performing operational and oversight responsibilities as required to ensure all SLAs are met
  • Reporting and analyzing business trends across different channels segments (chat, calls, emails…etc.)
