We are Hiring for the role of Customer Service Contact Centre – Data Analyst.

- We are looking for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Forecasting contact volumes
- High level command of MS Office (mainly Excel-advanced)
- Real Time Management or WMS skills
- Monitoring all issues that impact service levels and take actions to resolve or reduce the impact
- Performing operational and oversight responsibilities as required to ensure all SLAs are met
- Reporting and analyzing business trends across different channels segments (chat, calls, emails…etc.)
