Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a high-volume setting
- Manage incoming phone inquiries, ensuring timely and effective assistance for each customer
- Accurately document and track customer interactions in our CRM system on a daily basis
- Oversee the management of customer tickets, collaborating with various teams as needed
- Diagnose product-related issues and facilitate the timely provision of necessary service parts for repairs
- Maintain high levels of organization and detail orientation, effectively multitasking in a dynamic environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to expedite issue resolution
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a warm and friendly phone presence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Proficiency with various computer systems, including CRM software (experience with Zendesk and NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Familiarity with robotic massage chairs or mechanical furniture is advantageous
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Candidates must reside near Long Beach, CA, for occasional onsite presence post-training
