Description:
We are looking for a Credit Risk Sales Executive to join our expanding team in the UAE.
You will be responsible for creating new sales opportunities for our credit risk products and services in the GCC region.
Self-motivation and the ability to priorities goals are essential for this role together with strong negotiating and closing skills.
This role will initially be remote and when COVID19 restrictions are lifted you will join us in our Dubai office.
Business Development
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect new business, develop opportunities, demo the product, and close sales with the support of the Sales Team in Cyprus and the UAE.
- Follow up on highly qualified opportunities at mid-sized and large companies.
- Provide accurate and up to date forecasts for any given month or year.
- Close new business consistently at or above quota level.
- Travel to GCC region (Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia) as required.
- Identify, attend and participate in live and virtual conferences, trade shows, exhibitions that are relevant to your sales goals.
Customer Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, new and existing customers and internal stakeholders to grow the business.
- Monitor the overall work flow of the post sales teams to assure that all acquired projects are implemented in the best manner and as per the customer’s expectations.
- Secure long-term commitments through strong relationships and excellent Customer Service levels.
- Collaborate closely with Cedar Rose team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond timely and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide feedback on client reactions and response.
- Monitor accounts proactively.
Team Player
- Work collaboratively with all Sales and Marketing Team colleagues to build the best products and services in the market and close exciting deals.
- Help build and drive sales processes and strategy.
Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Affiliation with leading Sales and industry relevant international bodies preferred.
- Relevant 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience across sectors in the GCC region. Ideally with own client network and experience working with Finance or Credit Risk departments.
- Significant experience generating brand new business sales opportunities in the GCC territory. We are looking for hunters!
- Driven and self-disciplined. You can work autonomously without much guidance and thrive in unstructured, fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
- A team player who always puts the business first with an eye on maximizing you and your team’s long-term gains.
- Strong sales negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Excellent customer service, listening and negotiation skills.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyses complex client requirements and needs.
- Great attitude and motivation.
- Fluent English, working ability in Arabic or Hindi preferred.
