Configuration Management Specialist required

Knowledge & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s #Degree in Business, #Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience, Master’s preferred
• ITIL #Certification and/or COBIT #Certification is a must
• Excellent #communication skills – written and verbal
• MS product Suite including Visio and MS #project
• Minimum 12 yrs. of total #experience, 10 yrs. of experience in #Configuration Management, #Reporting Analysis, and Analytics, and 3+ years of #project management #responsibilities.
• Extensive knowledge of #dashboards/ reporting and communication theory/practice and the ability to apply it.                                                                                         
• Strong #knowledge of the #aligned line of #business in a bank, KPI Reporting, and Management
• Awareness of project #management methodologies, and business process #management skills in a cross-functional #environment
