Position Purpose Assist patients with enrolling into manufacturer and foundation assistance programs.

  • Maintain records of all patients and co-pay assistance programs and provide updates to management
  • Collaborate with various resources for completion of necessary paperwork and patients for completion of financial supporting documents to expedite access to co-pay assistance programs
  • Manage the financial hardship program, including maintaining enrollments, qualifications, and records
  • Maintain database of applications and provide updates to clients on patient account status
  • Provide updates on new and existing medications and financial programs
  • Identify and resolve errors for billing issues related to foundation and manufacturer programs
  • Assist with training to new employees
  • Assist sales team with medication and physician queries
  • Assist with the development and implementation of new processes

Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of medical billing or insurance verification experience. Experience with Co-Pay assistance, foundation programs, pharmacy and government healthcare knowledge is highly preferred.

Pay Range $15.58 – $26.73 per hour
