- Respond to client inquiries via calls, emails, and chats, providing timely and helpful support.
- Follow up with clients regarding payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and job applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide clients with the best advice and support.
Qualifications:
- Certificate, Diploma, HND or higher in any field.
- Relevant experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role will also be considered.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client needs.
