Hiring Client Relationship Officer
Work Location: Dubai
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
5+ years of experience in handling multiple clients / projects (recruitment / outsourcing based) in UAE.
Ensure smooth functioning of ongoing projects
Maintain strong business relations/rapport with the clients
Handling client’s queries
Provide periodic report to management
Ensure that the services are provided to clients in a timely manner
Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients
Coordinate with branch office and internal departments.
Knowledge on UAE Labor law and recruitment procedures.
Proficient in English, together with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient in MS Office Driving License in UAE – Mandatory
