Description:

THA Staffing is seeking a Client Administrator to join our team.

Candidates available to start working immediately and currently in Dubai are preferred.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer services to THA Event Experts clients.
  • Create plans to address clients’ business needs working with the Account Management and Sales teams.
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Build relations with key employees among clients.
  • Answer customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Create and communicate with the clients for contracts, T&Cs and ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
  • Create and review Client Agreements for candidates.
  • Ensure THA Staffing’s identity is maintained throughout all customer interactions.
  • Maintain and update client records.
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
  • Liaise with the client to ensure smooth on-boarding of employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the account management and sales teams where required.
  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services.
  • Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
  • Study LinkedIn to find new opportunities/business leads and pass information on to the Account Management and Sales teams.
  • Ensure all sales/deals are logged and update on the CRM.

Requirement and skills

  • Previous experience using CRM.
  • Highly skills in using Microsoft package.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong teamwork, time management, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative.
  • Ability to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner.
