Description:
We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Civil Quantity Surveyor cum Estimator to strengthen our growing team.
- Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be shortlisted:
- Available in UAE and can join immediately.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Must have experience in both Quantity Surveyor and Estimator
Responsibilities But Not Limited to the Following:
- Post tender & Pre tender Q.S work.
- Review Tender documents and prepare response in accordance to standards terms and conditions of INEX & Client.
- Prepare and Send Inquiry to supplier & subcontractors by splitted package.
- Prepare and build up BOQ from design drawings.
- Estimate and confirm tender BOQ quantities.
- Assist Senior Manager in estimation and preparation of cost sheet.
- Prepare tender requirements, including commercial proposal.
- Assist Manager in preparation of all Technical Submittals and Correspondences.
- Prepare comparison sheet for sub-contractors & suppliers assuring their compliance with the project requirements.
- Review of contract agreement, conditions & report to Superior.
- Ensure and monitor changes in the construction plan, study and evaluate RFI’s and EI’s request for any potential claims.
- Prepare & analyze Variation claims (Cost & Time).
- Review and evaluate IFC drawings, revised drawings and shop drawings for any possible variations to the Client.
- Check all quantities of subcontractor accounts, re-measure all work carried out and support subcontractors in the preparation of final accounts.
- Review of payment applications / invoices for Subcontractors, Suppliers in accordance with the Subcontract Agreement and provide feedback to Superior for any inadequacy or non-compliance with the Subcontract Agreement or otherwise with Company Standard Procedures.
- Prepare Monthly Progress Payment Application to be submitted to the Client.
