API own, lease, and operate 69 properties with villa complexes, apartments, showrooms, warehouses, and business towers mainly in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. API also owns Novotel & Ibis Al Barsha Hotel and Adagio Premium Aparthotel Al Barsha.
MISSION
- Responsible to observe and report all issues in API properties related to maintenance, soft services, and safety
- Representative of Tenant Relations Department as the direct contact of tenants on site
- Responsible to monitor all 3rd party, sub-contractor activities representing API
Ideal candidate should have:
Good technical knowledge related to Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical & Civil area
Fluent in English
