Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media chats.
• Track and report customer interactions using CRM and Excel tools to ensure a seamless customer experience in line with company standards.
• Must be fluent in English and Arabic communication skills.
• Experience in automotive industry will be added advantage.
