Job Position: Customer Service Executive – Male

Experience: 5 years in Shipping / Marine/Port/Operations

Salary: AED 6400+ Annual Benefits

Job responsibilities:

• Maintain SOP for Client, Agent & vendors.
• Responsible including documentation, customer service, coordination, & handling gate pass, immigration.
• Follow up on shipments with Sales, Customers & Agents.
• Shipment Tracking & updating.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
• Process, Monitors and Workflows on daily basis
• Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing
• Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, exceeding customer service expectations
• Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency
• Ensure all customers’ standard operating procedures are followed and updated
• Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
• Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)

Requirements:

• Skills Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in Shipping/ Marine & operations or a similar role
• Should be versatile and committed professional with fair knowledge and experience of Freight Forwarding, and Shipping in UAE.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Experienced in MS office.
• Networking with agents to develop and maintain business relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, workflow optimization and ability to learn.
• As per Client requirement, Candidate with Port Experience and currently available in UAE are preferred.
