Position: Business Development Manager

Position Objective:

• The position is responsible for the sales growth both internally within internal stakeholders and externally with new customers and helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.
• They coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins

Key Responsibility

• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients across multiple international markets to grow overall sales and profitability.
• Ensure trend identification to rectify ranges provided to the relevant customers.
• Manage both new and existing customer relationships, increase value and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Present product portfolio to internally and externally.
• Negotiate contracts with new customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow through trade shows, expos, and distributorships.
• Oversee the data analyst(s) responsibilities specifically regarding sales growth and customer insights.
• Work with the data analyst(s) to develop and grow the market share and profitability within respective region.
• Identify tools for continuous improvement tools and implement new and enhanced ways of working.
• Coordination with Internal Stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the Brand principles
• Work cross-functionally with other business units; for example, merchandise, finance, and supply chain to ensure alignment.

• Salary Scale : AED 10000 – AED 14000
• Necessary languages : English (Fluent)
