Job Description

  • Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming Sales enquiries and to follow up all enquiries.
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
  • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations if required as part of marketing.
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
  • Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
  • Need to do necessarily follow up for the renewals of Sales contract.
  • Record the progress of all enquiries and prepare monthly report.
  • Prepare sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information
  • Gather information regarding market trends and provide feedback to the management upon which sales strategies can be formulated.
  • Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Need to record and maintain customer database and must adhere to the strict confidentiality policy of the company.
  • Need to coordinate with other departments in order to ensure best service to the customers.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills and Experience: –

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive business development, sales; experience in FM Industry.
  • Excellent communication and people skills are required, with the ability to ‘win trust’, selling on the quality and credibility of our client.
  • Presentable, Articulate and polished with a professional approach to sales
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to work cross-culturally with international teams.
  • Proficiency in Arabic Language will be an advantage.
  • Positive, creative, flexible, and driven.
  • Knowledge of Consultative Sales of ERP, SaaS Software Solutions, CRM solutions
  • UAE Driver License is a must for this position.
