• Role: Business Analyst
• Experience: 6+ Years
• Location: Abu Dhabi
• Mode of Work: Work from Office

As a Business Analyst you will be supporting business development and working directly with business owners to shape the vision into a reality. In this role, you will help businesses develop and execute their product strategy working closely with the other Product leads, other relevant stakeholders and delivery teams. The Business Analysts will work across the below departments:

• Experience Platform (this covers engagement across websites and mobile app)
• Data Platform (this covers engagement across BI Analytics, Data engineering & Data Governance)
• CRM
• Critical Applications (Krons, Maximo, Agilisys and ticketing systems)
• Corporate Applications
• Infrastructure
• Cybersecurity
• Packaging

Essential:

• Relevant Product Management and Agile certifications such as SAFe PMPO / CSPO etc. with good exposure to working with multidisciplinary agile teams comprising product managers, marketers, finance, creative, analytics and engineering.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills working with stakeholders in distributed locations.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Able to exercise independent judgment and act on it.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Good industry knowledge of one or more industry verticals such as Retail, and Travel & Hospitality
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
